We're Growing and Changing our Name!

In the coming weeks and months, you will soon see us with a new identity. As part of an exciting company expansion, our name is soon going to change to Silver Arch Property Solutions.

The Valerien brand will be phased out over the coming weeks and months and replaced with the new name. Our phone number will remain the same, and you can continue to contact us as normal while we transition to the new name.

Services on the Isle of Wight (IOW) will remain unaffected and we'll still be delivering excellent quality services and products to all our corporate and private clients including energy performance certificates / EPCs, floorplans, legionella risk assessments, inventory clerk services, check ins - check outs and interim inspections, vacant property inspections and more.

The expansion will see our services become available to a wider audience and customer base.
