It is essential health and safety alarms in your property are working as they protect lives in the event of a real emergency. If you do not require an inventory, or if you own a property you are holiday letting or renting our and do not live local, we can carry out push button tests on your alarms.

The tests confirm if power is running to the unit and if there are any low battery tones or if any units need replacing.

Alarms should be regularly tested for power during the tenancy and always before a new tenancy, and replaced every 10 years from the point of installation.
