We use digital software to produce a detailed report including photos which can be accessed online from the comfort of your computer or mobile device. The tenant(s) can also comment and sign on the inventories, eliminating the need to print off reams of paper, sign the inventory and send it back to your managing agent.

All our inspections include alarm power checks as standard, with the assurance we will inform you immediately if any alarms are found not to be emitting a tone when tested.

What are Property Inventories?

Being a landlord, you will know the importance of keeping a detailed inventory both before and after a letting period. They provide visible proof of the condition of items in the property and of the property itself before, during and after tenancies. They are an essential tool in avoiding potential deposit disputes either with landlords or tenants and are an often overlooked addition when renting out properties.

Silver Arch Property Solutions acts as an independent inventory clerk and will record items and conditions in the property as they are seen. After completion, both the landlord or managing agent and the tenant will then be emailed a copy (or provided a physical copy if needed) which should be signed by both parties within seven days. 

 

Please note that heavily furnished rooms or additional rooms such as equipped garages, sheds and utility rooms may be subject to a surcharge on the original quote.
